We are consultants and don't have a green/sustainable business but are seeking acquisition of those types of companies. Our company is primarily involved in venture capital and assisting companies in going public. At this time we are searching for a privately-held corporation that has significant growth potential and that would benefit from a corporate merger. Stock control is not an issue. Our criteria for a merger candidate: 1) Private company with significant growth potential, 2) Open to the benefits of a merger and being a public company, and 3) Financial statements that are audited (or can be audited.)
