After one year of developing a building materials salvage business we seek the necessary next step for success. We directly remove materials from houses, have relationships with contractors that remove materials and donate them, and have a good start on a buying customer base. We wholesale, retail and broker used materials.
Right now there is an opportunity to increase warehouse/retail space, develop a materials tracking system and expand both the service and sales end of the business. We have a silent and working partner and are looking for an investing partner with hands on capabilities or preferably another silent partner for shared ownership or a business loan.
