Innovative Collaboration Creates Largest Online Library of University Teaching Materials on Employee Ownership

The Aspen Institute Center for Business Education, the Foundation for Enterprise Development and the Employee Ownership Foundation today announced their collaboration on the creation of a Curriculum Library on Employee Ownership. This online library will be housed on CasePlace.org, Aspen CBE's free resource for up-to-date case studies, syllabi and other innovative teaching materials on business and sustainability.  The site will now offer the largest collection of teaching materials on employee ownership available to business school faculty.  Aspen CBE has also created a new teaching module within the entrepreneurship discipline and a faculty briefing paper that specifically address the question of employee ownership in business today.  The three organizations have announced the funding of a competitive dissertation proposal award for doctoral students who are conducting trailblazing research on employee ownership. Applications for this award will be accepted starting in spring 2009. Click here for the press release annoucing this collaborative project.

Giving Voice to Values Curriculum:

The Giving Voice to Values (GVV) curriculum development initiative has just been released on CasePlace.org! GVV identifies the many ways that individuals can and do voice their values in the workplace, and provides training for MBA students to build the muscle necessary to do so, by giving them opportunities to script and practice this voice in front of their peers. MBA faculty, visit CasePlace.org's GVV Homepage to explore the teaching materials.
